To enhance the overall business quality and work ability of all Shanghai Heli employees, Shanghai Heli organized various training sessions from October 16th to 30th, utilizing employees' free time in the evenings. Over 300 people participated in the training. Not only was a detailed training plan developed, but a combination of internal employee training and external instructors and technical personnel from headquarters was employed. Targeted training was provided to different employee groups based on their positions, covering topics such as engine knowledge and practical operation, electric warehouse vehicle products and technology, secretarial reception etiquette, order placement theory and practice, 1-10 ton internal combustion forklift product knowledge, contract management, complete machines and parts.

On November 13th, the 15-day military training of Shanghai Heli Forklift Co., Ltd. concluded successfully. The Shanghai company leadership attached great importance to this military training, and specifically instructed that all departments must cooperate fully. Early planning and arrangements were made, with training conducted in two batches. The relationship between military training and work was handled correctly, with personnel arranged and allocated reasonably, truly achieving the goal of 'no compromise on either military training or work'. It can be said that this military training achieved remarkable results and met the expected goals under the conditions of tight time, heavy tasks, and limited resources, without affecting work. 'Obey orders and prohibitions' was the company leadership's instruction for this military training.
