Daily Management Training: Daily precautions for internal combustion forklifts, electric forklifts, and warehouse forklifts; daily maintenance content; development of daily inspection checklists.

Parts supply

Heli Forklift has a dense network coverage in China, with sufficient parts supply. Heli Forklift parts can be obtained from Heli Forklift headquarters in Hefei, five major production bases nationwide, or the global Heli network.

Parts are in stock, and commonly used parts are generally available locally. Heli Shanghai has parts inventory worth over one million yuan.

For Heli Forklift models, if the model is upgraded, our company will continue to supply parts for more than 15 years from the date of discontinuation.

Heli provides only original parts. (For overseas users and use outside of China, the China market price does not apply due to exchange rates and tariffs.)

Heli Forklift parts enjoy a 3-month warranty service. (Consumable and wearing parts are not included.)

Repair and maintenance

Heli Forklift responds within 2 hours of receiving a user repair notification and provides professional Heli repair and maintenance services on-site within 24 working hours.

Detailed records of each repair, including circumstances and costs, are provided to help forklift management and user departments establish forklift management files.

During each on-site equipment inspection or repair service, repair and maintenance suggestions are provided for equipment malfunctions and issues raised by the user department, along with recommendations for daily maintenance.

For potential faults that cannot be immediately addressed due to a lack of spare parts, the equipment user department and equipment management personnel are advised to prepare the necessary spare parts and to address the issue promptly.

Regular service: Heli provides regular repair and maintenance contracts, regular maintenance contracts, and all-inclusive labor cost contracts. Heli will arrange for personnel to conduct on-site inspections at least once a month. Regular services are based on the contract and include regular repair or maintenance services. For equipment specified in the contract, a complete work order is provided for each maintenance cycle, and it is signed and confirmed by relevant personnel from the equipment user department and equipment management department;

Emergency fault repairs are based on the service work order for each instance, with details filled in on the form and signed and confirmed by relevant personnel from the equipment user department and equipment management department.

Strictly adhere to our company's "Heli Repair Personnel Operation Standards" and the customer's safety and repair-related regulations.

Comply with the relevant regulations of the client, develop a practical and feasible safe and civilized construction plan, and strictly implement it, taking responsibility for safety during the service process.

Maintenance content and inspection catalogs are implemented according to regulations. If no repairs or maintenance occur, regular inspections will be conducted, and suggestions on safety, operation, and maintenance will be provided.

During each repair, if conditions permit, practical training on repair and maintenance will be provided to on-site equipment managers. Heli Forklift can provide customers with forklift repair and maintenance training, and safety training annually.

Timely and considerate service: Respond to and answer questions from the client regarding forklift equipment parameters, performance, and fault reports via telephone, fax, and email, providing timely, considerate, and enthusiastic service.
