Abstract
To further enhance the business level of Shanghai Heli's maintenance supervisors, strengthen their knowledge of forklifts, expand and strengthen Shanghai Heli's aftermarket business, and build a first-class after-sales service team with strong qualities and professional skills, from September 13th to 14th, Shanghai Heli organized over 110 maintenance supervisors for an exchange and training session at the Hefei headquarters.
On the morning of September 13th, during a visit to the Heli headquarters exhibition hall, marketing headquarters staff used a timeline structure with rich pictures and texts to introduce Heli's development history over the past sixty years, detailing the company's development milestones with specific data indicators. The trainees also visited the headquarters' trial production workshop, large assembly division, bridge and box division, electric vehicle division, and small internal combustion engine division. Through on-site learning, they gained a more intuitive understanding of the assembly of complete machines, deeply understanding that the smooth completion of each machine comes from the close cooperation of various departments and links, and experiencing firsthand the serious attitude and team spirit of frontline employees. On the afternoon of September 13th, the trainees visited Anxin Forklift Company, Parts Division, Heavy Equipment Division, Tractor Division, and Foundry, showing great interest and high praise for the outstanding achievements of various companies, divisions, and factories in production line automation and intelligence. On the morning of September 14th, the trainees visited He'an Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Heding Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., and Haoyun Machinery Co., Ltd. Relevant personnel gave in-depth introductions to the production process, technological process, control process, and quality system of forklifts, giving maintenance supervisors a further understanding and appreciation of the products. The rigorous quality supervision and seriousness in every link reflect Heli's product responsibility.
To further enhance the comprehensive service capabilities of the aftermarket business, the meeting invited Qi Zhengkun from the company's safety and environmental protection department and Shen Gao and Wu Qiongqiong from the marketing headquarters to give on-site lectures. Training was conducted on maintenance and travel safety, hydraulic transmission knowledge and fault analysis, and improving aftermarket business service capabilities. Through a clear and easy-to-understand approach with rich pictures and texts, the training provided cutting-edge knowledge, practical skills, and valuable experience. Participants interacted with the training teachers on technical problems encountered in maintenance work, creating a lively atmosphere.
This training course was rich and varied, including both theoretical training and on-site visits. It allowed Shanghai Heli's maintenance supervisors to gain a deep understanding of Heli's corporate culture and experience Heli's strength, expanding their knowledge, broadening their horizons, and opening up their thinking. It further enhanced their professional skills and laid the foundation for the continued development of the aftermarket business.
