A comprehensive summary of the 2022 sales performance, outlining achievements and experiences, identifying problems and shortcomings, and comprehensively promoting the 2023 sales work. On February 4th, Shanghai Heli held a 2022 annual sales summary commendation and 2023 work deployment meeting. Shanghai Heli Vice Chairman Xin Xuesuo and General Manager Zhao Yongjiu attended the meeting, along with over 120 managers from various branches and functional departments of Shanghai Heli, sales managers, and branch assistants. The meeting was chaired by Xin Xuesuo.
At the meeting, Zhao Yongjiu delivered a work report entitled "Strive for Excellence, Forge Ahead Courageously, and Strive for New Breakthroughs on the Path of High-Quality Development." The report reviewed the achievements of various marketing work in 2022, shared insights on withstanding market risks, outperforming competitors, optimizing product structure, and strictly controlling risks, and conducted in-depth analysis and judgment of the current situation and difficulties. The report also made comprehensive deployments for 2023 marketing work: focusing on Party building to continuously cultivate a positive atmosphere for undertaking tasks; adhering to the principle of stability as the priority and seeking progress while maintaining stability, focusing on adjusting structure to stabilize operations and controlling crises and risks; comprehensively deepening and refining company management, talent team building, and accelerating the application of information technology. The report clarified the direction for improving marketing operation efficiency, preventing operational risks, achieving marketing goals, and enhancing marketing soft power.
