Abstract
One team, one heart, one goal! On March 9th, Shanghai Heli held a mobilization meeting for the "100-Day Rush, Pioneers at the Forefront" marketing spring campaign. Over 80 people attended the meeting, including Shanghai company leaders, regional managers, and sales managers. The meeting was presided over by Xin Xuesuo, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Heli. Xin Xuesuo first read the Spring Campaign initiative, conveyed the spirit of the Spring Campaign, and delivered a mobilization speech. He urged all sales personnel of Shanghai Heli to take action, recognize the situation, seize opportunities, work hard, go all out, stick to their goals, fight for every order, and strive for victory in every competition, to achieve a complete victory in the Spring Campaign.

General Manager Zhao Yongjiu outlined the specific implementation plan for the spring campaign. He emphasized that each branch company should carefully analyze and study the market, formulate efficient marketing strategies, clarify the timetable, task chart, and responsible persons, conduct operations based on a visual chart, improve efficiency, and with a high sense of urgency, responsibility, and crisis, mobilize potential, leverage synergy, push Shanghai Heli's work to new heights, and complete the set goals and tasks without compromise, achieving excellent results in the comprehensive implementation of the "Three Ensurances".
Functional department managers made statements and issued "military orders." They unanimously stated that they would earnestly implement the spirit of the spring campaign, strive to be pioneers, demonstrate responsibility, and compare contributions, working together, innovating, fully supporting sales work, efficiently completing various tasks, and working tirelessly for the complete victory of the spring campaign.
Finally, Xin Xuesuo led the attendees in a solemn oath: resolutely respond to the initiative of the 8th Session of the 4th Workers' Congress of the Group Company, implement the spring campaign with practical actions, continuously enhance competitiveness, crisis awareness, sense of responsibility, and awareness of the overall situation, be market-oriented, customer-centric, focus on target tasks, take the initiative, conduct smart marketing, make full use of various marketing policies, adopt market competition methods, not give up any opportunity, fight for perseverance, seize time, compete for the market, and compete for orders, truly achieving the goal of fighting for every order, seizing every second, maintaining high morale, and drawing the sword, resolutely completing the 2019 annual sales target!
