Product Introduction
(1) Design Standards: Jointly developed with a renowned European port machinery design company, its technology is on par with similar European products of the same period. It boasts high design standards, meeting not only national standards (GB/T 26474-2011), but also EU standards (EN1459) and international standards (ISO15018);
(2) Power Source: Uses a VOLVO genuine imported engine, offering high torque at low speeds and enhanced reliability;
(3) Transmission: Uses a US DANA electro-hydraulic controlled transmission with a four-forward, four-reverse gear configuration. It features an electro-hydraulic shift control system for smooth and reliable operation;
(4) Drive Axle: Uses a heavy-duty drive axle from Germany's KESSLER company, providing high load capacity. It is equipped with fully enclosed, maintenance-free wet brakes for safety, reliability, and a long service life;
(5) Hydraulic System: Uses products from the internationally renowned company Parker. The hydraulic system employs a variable pump system, load-sensing (LS) system, and load-sharing (LUDV) system, achieving stepless oil supply, no overflow loss, high efficiency, energy saving, and reduced oil temperature;
(6) Electrical System: Uses a US Parker company CAN-BUS control system, featuring an intelligent load safety system, fault diagnosis system, and a bilingual (Chinese and English) display system for high maintainability;
(7) Lifting Gear: Uses the ELME 817 type lifting gear from Sweden. This gear is specially designed for the specific operating conditions of reach stackers. The entire unit is made of high-quality steel with a single-cylinder structure, offering high strength and good visibility;
(8) Cab: Designed using ergonomic principles, providing a comfortable and safe operating environment. It features a large glass area for excellent visibility and built-in air conditioning (heating and cooling). The driver's seat position can be adjusted forward and backward as needed;
(9) Standard Features: Includes a visual reversing warning system and a vehicle networking system;
(10) Optional Equipment: Dual anti-tip system, automatic fire extinguishing device, and work information printing, etc.
