This series of forklifts, after thorough market research, utilizes an advanced IPD (Integrated Product Development) process. It is suitable for ports, docks, and industrial enterprises. The vehicle features comfort, safety, reliability, and energy efficiency, as detailed below:
Energy Efficiency and Environmental Protection
The cooling system uses a pressure-driven fan technology with adjustable motor displacement. The controller reads several temperature control signals (such as engine water temperature signals) from the CAN bus. For each temperature signal, based on the vehicle's heat dissipation requirements and the characteristics of the temperature signal, the controller reasonably sets the start-up temperature and target temperature. The controller calculates the fan speed requirements corresponding to several temperature signals individually, taking the fan speed requirement corresponding to the temperature signal with the largest demand as the effective value, thereby achieving automatic adjustment of the cooling system fan speed.
