Product Introduction
1. Engine: FAW JieChai CA6DF3 engine, meeting National III emission standards, electronic throttle structure, fast response, accurate control, engine bus control, real-time information display;
2. Transmission: Heli self-made hydraulic reversing transmission + 340 high-performance torque converter, automatic intelligent shifting technology, smooth shifting without impact, intelligent shifting more convenient, more efficient power matching, safe and reliable low noise;
3. Drive axle: Uses a heavy-duty forklift dedicated drive axle, equipped with a first-stage spiral main reducer and a planetary gear wheel-side reducer, designed for special forklift working conditions, high bridge shell strength, large load capacity, strong anti-pollution ability, good heat dissipation, reliable performance, stable quality, caliper brakes, excellent performance and cost-effectiveness;
4. Braking system: The pneumatic hydraulic braking system utilizes air-over-oil boosting technology to achieve sufficient braking torque with minimal operating force, ensuring effective and reliable braking under various operating conditions. The caliper braking system's hydraulic components are widely used in heavy-duty vehicles and engineering machinery such as loaders, with good parts commonality;
5. Hydraulic system: Adopts a full hydraulic priority steering quantitative system. The core hydraulic component, the multi-way directional valve, is a flagship product of military industrial enterprises, ensuring its high reliability and stability. The power component is an internal gear pump. The special internal structure design improves system efficiency and reduces the system's requirements for hydraulic oil cleanliness; the dynamic load feedback system improves the sensitivity of the priority steering system;
6. Overhead guard: Wide field of vision, good heat dissipation and ventilation, suspended cab design, further reducing the impact of vehicle vibration on the driver.
