1. The entire vehicle is equipped with a Quanchai 6J1 engine, a 6-cylinder design, powerful, meeting National III emission standards, low fuel consumption, and environmentally friendly;
2. The whole machine is equipped with a hydraulic reversing system, which is labor-saving and convenient; smooth start, small vibration and impact, which can improve the comfort of the forklift; intelligent gearbox shifting system, which can prevent starting in second gear and improve the working reliability of the gearbox; using a rotary direction switch, the gear position is clear, the operation is light, simple and labor-saving, which can reduce the labor intensity of the driver;
3. Forklift-specific heavy-duty drive axle is used, with caliper brakes, large braking torque, which has been verified by the market for many years, stable and reliable performance, and can meet the torque required by various working conditions of the vehicle;
4. The hydraulic system adopts dual-pump confluence and load sensing technology. When there is steering operation, the steering is prioritized; when lifting, the dual-pump confluence operation is fast and energy-efficient;
5. The whole vehicle is equipped with LED headlights and signal lights, high brightness, long service life, and good energy saving;
6. Large block pattern pneumatic tires are used, with large load-bearing capacity, enhancing the climbing ability and passability of the whole vehicle; large steering angle design of the steering bridge, optimizing the minimum turning radius of the whole vehicle, and strong adaptability to the working site space; the steering cylinder adopts dustproof cover protection design to reduce steering bridge failures;
7. Enlarged aluminum plate fin radiator, large redundancy, effectively ensuring the reliability of key components such as the engine and hydraulic system;
8. Flat-top hood design ensures a wide rear view. Front and rear tilting hood, higher oil dipstick, large maintenance space, convenient operation.
