Abstract
Recently, at the celebration of the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the "July 1st" commendation conference of the eighth batch of Anhui's aid-Tibet team, Comrade Yin Bin of Anhui Forklift Group was awarded "Excellent Team Member" for the second consecutive year.
Since his arrival in Tibet to provide assistance, Comrade Yin Bin has devoted himself to the construction of informationization projects in Shannan City. In just two years, he successfully organized and reviewed and accepted more than 130 informationization projects, with a total amount exceeding 2 billion yuan. The Anhui counterpart support "14th Five-Year Plan" aid-Tibet project that he spearheaded focuses on improving people's livelihood in areas such as medical care, education, and living environment—informationization projects such as Shannan's smart villages, smart campuses, smart medical care, smart border defense, and a "single network" for maintaining stability have all made breakthroughs. The implementation of these projects has significantly improved the level of informationization in Shannan's counties and townships, providing strong support and guarantees for local improvements in people's livelihood.
Yin Bin stated that he will continue to work with enthusiasm and high spirits, carrying forward the "spirit of joint efforts," the "spirit of old Tibetans," and the "spirit of aid to Tibet," demonstrating the responsibility of people from Anhui with practical actions, and striving to contribute to the informationization construction of Tibet.
