On May 26, the opening ceremony of Shanghai Heli Forklift Zhangjiagang Branch was successfully held. Zhou Jun, member of the Party Committee of the Group Company, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Stock Company, and general manager; Lu Qinshi, marketing director, secretary of the marketing Party committee, and general manager of the marketing headquarters of the Stock Company; Xin Xuesuo, vice chairman of Shanghai Heli Forklift Co., Ltd.; Zhao Yongjiu, general manager; and senior executives from Zhangjiagang Port Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Shagang Steel Co., Ltd., Zhangjiagang Port Xinzhong Heavy Loading Wharf Co., Ltd., and Zhangjiagang Zhongtian Precision Mold Co., Ltd.; and representatives of some important customers of Shanghai Heli were invited to attend the opening ceremony. Nearly 200 people, including Shanghai Heli leaders, branch managers, functional department managers, sales managers, and all employees of the Zhangjiagang branch, participated in the opening ceremony and witnessed this unforgettable moment.

On May 8, 2024, the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the China Securities Index Co., Ltd. officially released the CSI Construction Bank Science and Technology Innovation Leading (Yangtze River Delta) Index. The company was selected as a sample company of the index as a representative of science and technology innovation-type listed companies in the Yangtze River Delta region of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. On April 15th, the launch ceremony of the 2024 China Forklift and Mobile Robot High-Quality Development Ten Thousand Mile Journey, jointly hosted by Anhui Heli and China Forklift Network, was grandly opened in the digital exhibition hall of Heli Industrial Park. Zhang Jie, Secretary-General of the Industrial Vehicle Branch of the China Construction Machinery Industry Association; Yang Anguo, Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of the Group Company; Zhou Qiqi, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Stock Company; Xu Yingming, Assistant General Manager of the Group Company; Bi Sheng, Deputy Chief Engineer of the Stock Company; Chen Xiancheng, Assistant General Manager of the Stock Company; and Hu Yangbo, General Manager of China Forklift Network, attended the launch ceremony. To further implement the strategic guideline of the holding company to expand and strengthen its after-sales service, summarize the achievements and experience of 2023, and deploy the after-sales work in 2024, on March 10, Shanghai Heli held a 2023 annual parts maintenance summary commendation and 2024 after-sales work deployment meeting. More than 130 people attended the meeting, including Shanghai Heli company leaders, regional managers, all maintenance supervisors, and branch assistants.

As the year draws to a close and a new one begins, time marches on relentlessly. From January 12th to 13th, Shanghai Heli held its 2023 Annual Work Summary and 2024 Work Deployment Conference under the theme of "Gathering Momentum, Seeking Innovation, Persisting in Action, and Winning Together." Nearly 100 people attended the conference, including Shanghai Heli's leaders, functional department heads, branch managers, and branch assistants. The conference was chaired by Mr. Xin Xuesuo, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Heli.

To thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on safety production, ensure enterprise safety production, continuously improve the safety level of forklift truck operation in Shanghai, prevent forklift-related safety accidents, and further promote the technological transformation of forklifts in Shanghai, on March 1, the Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation organized the Shanghai Institute of Special Equipment Supervision and Inspection Technology, Shanghai University of Applied Sciences, and Shanghai Heli, among other forklift-related units, to hold a special equipment forklift technological transformation seminar at Shanghai Heli. The seminar jointly studied and promoted the technological transformation of installing alarm devices in key operating stages of forklifts and the promotion of intelligent supervision of forklifts. Zhuang Minhui, director of the Special Equipment Safety Supervision Office of the Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
